Historic 1625 is a gorgeous canvas all on its own. There is minimal decoration required as the natural beauty of the site speaks for itself. Also note it has a Groom Suite which is rare in wedding venues. Lindsey was our point of contact here and worked with us tirelessly even when she said she would be away. Fair cost for what was offered. This was a full package including bridal suite, reception room, car package, and ceremony. There was a full kitchen in the back for the caterer to do their magic in. Laura was our other point of contact night of and had vast bartender experience to keep us at ease with our alcohol as we provided all of the supplies for it ourselves. The venue sent us our deposit back within a week of the wedding and we could not be happier with our decision to get married here. All of the photos turned out tip top, and we were blessed with outdoor weather permitting photos in the beautiful scapes surrounding the vene. I photographed a Spring wedding at Kiana Lodge and loved everything about this venue. The venue is large enough for all your guests yet feels intimate at the same time. The open lawn was the perfect place for a ceremony. Of course we had to take portraits out by the water. The indoor reception area is perfect because it lets in a lot of beautiful light from the “skylights above” and at night the hanging lights at the perfect ambiance to the night. I’ve photographed over 7 events here and every time the staff have been so kind and easy to work with. Not only is this the most beautiful venue, but its owned by two amazing people. The ceremony area is straight out of a fairytale book and the reception area is immaculate. You can tell that the venue is well taken care of and owned by people that truly care about the couples they work with. This venue is amazing. We provided bartending service for John & Lexie on September 10th 2022. The venue owners run an amazing event space. You can tell they are pro’s and absolutely care about providing an amazing place for brides & grooms to begin their marriage. From the moment we pulled in to exiting the venue they were on top of everything. The attention to detail really shows. Wow – this place is gorgeous. My friends were married here. The ceremony and reception were both on site. It’s a wonderful location for a wedding of less than 200 people. Parking is on site, but it is limited. The Fremont Foundry is an amazing venue! I attended an open house, and everything was immaculate. The atmosphere was delightful with the lighting and decor, different sections of the venue were set up with space for food, drinks, sitting space and standing tables, and the flow to move between them was great. As a photographer, I love the Imperia Lake Union! They have a great place for a wedding under the very cool art deco main ballroom ceiling and chandeliers that gets even better during the reception. The arrangement of the tables around the center dancefloor makes the space feel more intimate and inclusive of the guests as they can hang out at their tables and feel a part of the event when they aren’t dancing. They are also very close to some nice place for portraits either walking or a very short drive to Gas Works, UW or just walking down to Fairview Avenue and Park. My husband and I got married here. We selected The Foundry because of the space it provided people to explore throughout the evening. There was one room for cocktail hour, two rooms for getting ready (for each bridal party), and a gorgeous white room that we used for a photo booth. We did the ceremony and dinner in one room, then dancing and drinks in another room where there was also seating for those who didn’t want to dance.
